We read every message. This is a small site run by one person, so replies can take a few days.
Reporting a mistake
It helps us fix things quickly if you include:
- which calculator or page you were using;
- what you entered (salary, region, student loan plan and so on);
- the figure you expected, and where it came from, such as a GOV.UK page or a payslip.
There is no need to send your name, address or any other personal details. Our corrections policy explains what we do with reports.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give personal tax or financial advice, look at your tax records, or contact HMRC for you.
